Achieving two goals at once

At HKUST, we celebrate diversity and recognize the different talents our students bring to the university community, including those with a talent in sports.

Being a student athlete is never easy as it takes immense effort to juggle academic and sporting commitments. We are committed to supporting student athletes who wish to develop their full sporting potential without sacrificing their academic studies.

Through the Student Athletes Admission Scheme (SAAS), elite student athletes can pursue their sporting dreams while still receiving a quality education.
